Can you bill my insurance directly, or do I have to pay upfront and submit the claim myself?

We are pleased to offer direct billing for some Pacific Blue Cross and Telus Health eclaims. Pacific Blue Cross insurance and Telus Health often cover counselling or psychology services, but coverage varies by specific plan. If you have coverage, simply provide your policy details when booking, and we will submit the claim on your behalf. You are responsible for paying any portion (difference) not covered by the plan.

Please note that we do not  offer  direct billing to any other insurance providers at this time. You are required to pay out-of pocket at the time of our appointment. After your session, you will be emailed a detailed receipt containing all the necessary information (including your counsellors registration number) for you to easily submit  to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
